This will be a four part class where we explore the fundamentals of hand building and working with clay. You will learn how to pinch, coil, throw slabs, use molds, and glaze. The course will be a mix of demonstration, instruction, directed and self directed play time and exploration.
Mondays 230-530pm. Maximum 4 participants.
Please wear work clothes or an apron. All materials provided. This class includes up to 3 extra hours outside class time to finish up projects during regular studio hours. Participants must commit to all classes in a series. Catch up time after one missed class can be arranged. The first class in a series cannot be missed.
Cancelation before start date, refund minus $30 processing fee. Cancelation on or after start date, no refund.
